Quiet Paws

Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Quiet Paws app, provided by [DEVELOPER / COMPANY NAME]. By using the app you agree to them. They are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps from the App Store.

1. What the app is

Quiet Paws is a personal focus and habit tool. It can block apps on your own iPhone for a time you choose, remind you of tasks, and let you look after a virtual buddy. It is meant for personal use by people aged 13 and over.

2. App blocking – please read

3. Not medical advice

Quiet Paws is not a medical, therapeutic or mental health product and does not diagnose or treat anything. Sleep and focus features are gentle reminders, not health advice. Please talk to a professional about any health concern.

4. Coins and items

Coins, furniture, plants and outfits are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. If we ever add purchases, they will be made through Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

5. Your save

Your progress is stored on your phone and, if you use iCloud, copied to your iCloud. Keep your own backup (Settings → Export save) if it matters to you. We cannot recover a save we never received.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app or its artwork, and do not use it unlawfully. The buddies, artwork and music are protected by copyright.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, missed reminders, missed calls or messages while apps were blocked, or any indirect damage. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], unless your local consumer law says otherwise. Questions: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
